My stay at NH Brussels Louise had mixed moments. The location is excellent for shopping and public transport, though the hotel itself felt dated and in need of maintenance. I faced poor service during my visit which greatly impacted my experience. There were cleanliness issues in my room, and I experienced quite a bit of noise from both the street and surrounding rooms.
